TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or
product information received from our suppliers, Elitedge Electronics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Elitedge Electronics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Elitedge Electronics shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The warranties listed are manufacture warranty. All items are to arrive in new condition. If there are any issues with any products contact us.
RETURN POLICY AND LIMITED GUARANTEE AGAINST DEFECTS
Elitedge Electronics 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. Elitedge Electronics 30 day limited warranty is a defective
exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Elitedge Electronics. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software
once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to Elitedge Electronics's limited 30 day warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Elitedge Electronics will either be
exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Elitedge Electronics will assist
customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact admin@elitedgeelectronics.com. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all
disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted issued by Elitedge Electronics or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. Flat panel and Projection TVs are not eligible
for return. The following manufacturers do not qualify under our normal return policy: Select Samsung, Spectroniq, Go Video,
Mintek, Casio Projectors, Benq, Sansui, Audiovox (flatscreens), Chauvet Lighting, Sharp, Viewsonic, Optoma, SVA, Norcent, Draper, Vutec, Sylvania, JVC, Philips, Astar
Shipping
All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer. All freight charges are subject to carrier's billable weight. Shipping fees are
non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments will incur
a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than ground. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.
