Q: How do secure transactions happen?
A: We use PayPal.

Q: Why do you use PayPal?

A: We use PayPal because a multimillion dollar corporation can guarantee more secure transactions. The cost of SSL transactions to secure your personal information brings up the cost of over head costs in turn raising product cost. By using PayPal you have the same secure transactions you would have on Ebay.

Q: How can I trust you with commerce?

A: We have a business license and tax ID number. We are not a fly by night operation. The prices are not too good to be true. Our Ebay ID is elitedgeelectronics. You are more than welcome to check into our feed back. We have been an Ebay member since March 2007 and retaining a business license since December 2006.

Q: Why do you have the Verisign logo at the bottom if you use PayPal?

A: The Verisign logo is just saying you can trust us. We use PayPal and they use Verisign. So technically we use Verisign through PayPal. We are not asking for grief from Verisign. We are merely stating we are trust worthy because our payment option uses them.

Q: I was looking for something but I do not see it on your site.

A :Email us what you are looking for and we will see if we carry it. There are many items we have yet to add we carry. We will be glad to add items at your request.

Q: Your Price doesn't seem fair. I found it cheaper else where.

A: Again Email us. We will make sure the price is as recent as possible and if we can sell it to you any cheaper.
